For Club Players: If a player has a Set Rakeback % via their Club, that will always be the minimum % they receive, regardless of if their System Rakeback % is lower.

Every $1 paid generates 10 EXP.

Which game types can earn Instant Rakeback?▼
All poker game types, including tournament fees and cash game fees on NLH, FLASH NLH, 6+, PLO, OFC, SpinUp, SNG, and AOF.
When the buy-in prize pool of tournament is less than the guaranteed prize pool, fee is not applied.
What are the changes to my current Rakeback %?▼
You will never receive 0% Rakeback from now on. Instant Rakeback ensures every player has at least 5% rakeback.
If you had an existing rakeback % before 17 Nov 2022, the minimum % would change unless your Club changes your Set Rakeback %.
Your Instant Rakeback % will also be higher if your System Rakeback % is better than the Set Rakeback %!
How many EXP can I generate from playing?▼
Every $1 paid in rake and fees for ALL poker game types will generate 10 EXP.
How many days can I earn my System Rakeback at a certain level?▼
Once you reach a new level, you can enjoy a 30-day playing period with that level's System Rakeback %. Furthermore, you can also earn EXP to level up. Both EXP and the 30-day period will be reset when level-up occurs or after 30 days, whichever happens first.
How many days can I earn my Set Rakeback at a certain level?▼
There is no time limit for Set Rakeback. It will only be changed when your Club owner or agent changes your Set Rakeback %.
What happens if I fail to earn enough EXP to achieve the next level?▼
Your level is maintained for 30 days; if you cannot earn the required EXP for the next level, you will either maintain your current level OR drop ONE level only for the next 30-day period.
Level Up: When you earn enough EXP for the next level requirement within 30 days.
Level Maintained: When you earn enough EXP for your existing level requirement within 30 days.
Level Down: When you do not earn enough EXP for your existing level requirement within 30 days. The lowest level is "Explorer" with 5% rakeback.
Will I drop from King to Explorer if I did not play last month?▼
No. The maximum level decrease is one per 30-day period.
For example, you will only drop from King to Bishop if you cannot maintain your rank.
What is System Rakeback, Set Rakeback & Club Rakeback?▼
System Rakeback %: Gameplay dictates the Rakeback % that a player can get. It follows a transparent EXP leveling system.
Set Rakeback %: The rakeback % that a Club sets for a player. It is defined by the Club owner.
Club Rakeback %: The affiliate bonus that a Club can receive based on the number of active players in the Club. Up to 70% rakeback.
